Community First Media, Inc. is publisher of
five weekly community papers, located in the
Foothills and Piedmont Region of the Carolinas,
and date back to 1888. They include three free publications Shelby Shopper & Info, Rutherford Weekly,
Belmont Banner-News, and two paid publications
Kings Mountain Herald and Cherryville Eagle.

Covering Cleveland, Rutherford and Gaston Counties
in North Carolina and parts of Cherokee and
Spartanburg Counties in South Carolina with
positive news and events.

Our mission is to provide easy, effective, affordable advertising with accuracy, honesty and integrity,
and to serve the informational needs of the
community while stimulating a robust local economy.
